CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -- A Maryland woman faces up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty in West Virginia to participating in a fraud scheme. Sheray J. McKay of Suitland, Md., is scheduled to be sentenced June 5 in U.S. District Court in Charleston.
